We have some exciting news in the Tucker household so it's time for another "update".
Dylan: Dylan's attitude is a bit better these days. I think the washer has really taught him a thing or two. The big news- he can read! That's right, Dylan can read just about any three-letter word you throw at him. He can also read four-letter words with simple consonant blends like frog, spit, etc. He is so excited! He's been working on sounding things out for a couple weeks now. He likes to have us write words on his magnadoodle and then he sounds them out. But yesterday was the first day he could really go from c-a-t to cat without any difficulty. The funniest thing is when he reads words like frog and he says the sounds by themselves f-r-o-g, then he realizes what word it is and says, "fwog!"
Scarlett: She's been sick lately which is always sad. She lost her voice a week or so a go and still doesn't have it back. Well, at least we hope this isn't going to be her voice forever. It's cute and raspy, but when she cries it is sooo sad! Scarlett's big news is that she has a little tooth popping out. It's super sharp and I didn't know it was in there until yesterday at church when she leaned forward to chomp on my finger and it really hurt. Also, she's trying to crawl. She can get up on her hands and knees and rock back and forth. We'll keep you posted.

You keep messing with my head! First you sent me the email that had that spanish word that looked like pregnant, and then you mention exciting news! I keep thinking you're pregnant. I have baby-itis, can you tell? ;)
That's great that Dylan can read. It's fun to hear what they think up. Ysa saw Hollywood video in Lewiston and thought it was the real Hollywood, "like on my map of the United States of America".
